Services
Extras
Duties are to scrub, wipe and sanitize inside and out of the oven. Microwave included with this service upon request.
Refrigerator cleaned inside and out. Old contents are thrown out, while the remaining items are wiped and reorganized.
In-house laundry wash,dry, and fold services are for 4 loads or less. $10-$20 additional charge for each additional load. One basket of laundry is typically 2 loads. Bed linens such as sheets and pillow cases or considered one load. Comforters are considered one load each. In-house laundry services are for homes that already have a washing machine & dryer as well as laundry products such as washing detergent, bleach, and fabric sheets ect. Making beds and folding or putting up laundry is also an additional charge . Any questions about theses services or the pricing ask at time of walk through or before service are rendered.

BEDROOM: Duties are to polish furniture,dust pictures, shelves ,widow-sills,baseboard's & lampshades. Clean all doors, light switches, mirrors, & glass on tables. Wipe & dust ceiling fans. Empty all trash. Vacuum and or mop floor.
LIVING&DINNING: Duties are dust pictures, lampshades, shelves, window-sills, baseboards. Clean glass on tables, TV screens, and outside cabinets. Polish all furniture and wipe ceiling fans. Empty all trash. Vacuum and or mop floors and stairs.
KITCHEN: Duties are to clean and shine all sinks, and counter tops. Wipe down outside of cabinets, ceiling fans, table and chairs, and outside of appliances (microwave, refrigerator, & stove). Empty all trash. Vacuum and or mop floor.
BATHROOM: Duties are to clean and shine sinks as well as counter tops. Wipe vanity, mirrors, and dust vent. Scrub and disinfect shower, tub, and toilet. Shake out floor mats and bath rugs. Empty all trash and mop floors.
LAUNDRY: Duties are dust and wipe down the washing machine and dryer. Remove all trash and sweep the floor.

These rates apply to average size single family homes with bedrooms 200 square feet or less, living and dinning areas 500 square feet or less, and will include a additional charge for larger homes with bigger rooms. Duration of time is an estimation and can take up to 12 hours depending on size, the type of service, and amount of clutter. Rates are for 5 rooms cleaned max!! Any additional rooms added may require an additional charge. Cleaning walls or any add in other than whats quoted is an additional charge. Payment is due at time of service! Late fees apply for payments not made within 24hrs of service completion. Some Services require deposit. All services require walk-through before quoting because prices are determined based on square footage, type and amount of clean.
